SMUDGING
Smudging is the burning of smudge sticks. It is an ancient ceremony of cleansing a person, place or objects with smoke from certain herbs to remove or deflect negative energies, spirits or influences. A smudging ritual is beneficial for helping to clear the negative energy in a space. When undertaken with positive intent – either verbally or mentally, it can be done as often as you like to purify your surroundings at home or work.
