Are your crystals genuine?

Yes. All of our crystals and gemstones are carefully selected for quality and authenticity. We work with trusted suppliers and personally assess each piece before it becomes part of a Lesca Crystals collection.

Are your jewellery pieces handmade?

Many of our pieces are designed and assembled by hand, including made-to-order bracelets and custom sizing. This allows us to focus on quality, intention, and wearability.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes. Many of our bracelets are available in custom sizes, from extra small to triple extra-large. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out before ordering.

How do I care for my crystal jewellery?

We recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or heavy activity. To energetically cleanse your crystals, gentle methods such as moonlight, sound, or intention are ideal.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment has been confirmed. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take a little longer — we’ll always let you know.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship throughout Australia. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on selected items. If you’re outside Australia and unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our checkout uses secure, encrypted payment gateways with fraud protection and, where applicable, 2-factor authentication to keep your information safe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, PayID and Direct Bank Deposit. Full details are available on our Payments page.

Why does my bank ask me to verify my payment?

This is a normal security step used by banks and payment providers to help protect you from unauthorised transactions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Are crystals a substitute for medical treatment?

Crystals are used as supportive wellbeing tools and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
