For amber teething necklaces, the most popular and widely recommended length is: 32 cm to 34 cm (about 12.5–13.4 inches). This length is designed specifically for babies and toddlers—it sits comfortably around the neck without being too tight or too loose (which could catch on things).
Safety Notes for Amber Teething Necklaces

Hand-Knotted Cord – Each bead is individually hand-knotted on the cord. This means if the necklace were to break, only one bead will come loose, reducing the risk of choking.
