Lava Rock is a natural fragment from Mother Earth and therefore every bead is unique.
Lava Rock (Basalt or Lava Stone) is a stone of protection, strength and fertility. The energy of Lava Rock is raw and primal; it is an excellent grounding stone. It helps strengthen our connection to Mother Earth, helps you live in the moment, and provides stability in times of change. Lava stone works well in stabilising and anchoring the root chakra.
Lava rock helps direct internal desires and entrust your gut instinct - in effect bringing the real you to the surface. It is believed to help dissipate anger and to provide guidance and understanding.

Lava Rock is a remarkable stone to use with your favourite essential oils as its surface is able to hold and slightly absorb the essence.
To use: Simply add a drop or two of Essential Oil to the Lava Rocks. Rub in or leave for a couple of minutes so the oil does not spoil clothing. As they are porous, they will hold the oil for 1-2 days.
