Howlite is a very calming stone. It can aid in communication, facilitate awareness, and encourages emotional expression. Useful for formulating ambitions and assisting in achieving them.
Howlite can strengthen memory and stimulate desire for knowledge. It is also useful for balancing calcium levels and aiding osteoporosis, teeth, bones, and soft tissue. Excellent for absorbing negativity.

Symbolism: Turtles have been described as symbols of longevity and we connect them to virtues such as patience, wisdom, and groundedness. The turtle symbolizes taking things slowly, not rushing and taking the slow and steady path (instead of a rapid pace that come with ups and downs).
