USE AS AN AROMATHERAPY DIFFUSER
Lava Rock is a remarkable stone to use with your favourite essential oils as its surface is able to hold and slightly absorb the essence.
To use: Simply add a drop or two of Essential Oil to the Lava Rocks. Rub in or leave for a couple of minutes so the oil does not spoil clothing. As they are porous they will hold the oil for 1-2 days.
In Meditation: Hold in your hand or wear your lava rock bracelet infused with oil, take deep breaths and inhale the relaxing and healing benefits of your favourite oil.
