Smoky Quartz is a variety of quartz found in many locations including Australia, Brazil, Madagascar. A very soothing and helpful healer it brings emotional calmness and helps relieve stress and anxiety. It has a stong connection to the root chakra and is very grounding stone that can offer a sense of stability and security. Beneficial in dispersing fear and negativity, and easing depression.
