RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
1. Goods are subject to inspection
All product returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team.
2. Online returns
Items purchased from LESCA CRYSTALS online can be returned at a LESCA CRYSTALS market stall or by post. Please ensure that you take a printed copy of your online tax invoice/order fulfilment email to confirm your purchase details.
3. Store returns
Items purchased from a LESCA CRYSTALS market stall can be returned to one of our market stall locations in the state of purchase or by post.
4. Refunds
We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges, within 14 business days of receiving your returned item. LESCA CRYSTALS will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced (if suitable alternative is available) if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6. Governing Law
This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in South Australia, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
