Crystals to assist with sleeplessness, insomnia and dreams

Crystals for enhancing SLEEP include: Amethyst, Hematite, Labradorite, Moonstone, Obsidian, Smoky Quartz, Selenite, Shungite and Black Tourmaline.

Crystals for enhancing DREAMS include: Blue Lace Agate, Amethyst, Bloodstone, Celestite, Fluorite, Howlite, Labradorite, Moonstone, Obsidian, Prehnite, Smoky Quartz, Selenite, Shungite and Black Tourmaline. Use them for astral travel and intuitive dreams. If you're looking to explore the dreamworld or receive more intuitive guidance through dreaming, some stones associated with dreamwork, like moonstone, bloodstone, obsidian, or shungite. Try using affirmations like, I am receptive to receiving guidance in my dreams, or simply keep them under your pillow or nearby while you sleep. It's important to note that while crystals can be used as a tool for enhancing dreams, they should not be relied on as a sole solution. Try using them in conjunction with other methods for sparking dreaming and recollection - try meditation to clear the mind, visualisation or sound therapy.

Remember, always trust your own intuiton - use the crystals that speak to you and that you feel a connection to!

Using Crystals for Enhancing Sleep

ADD TO A SPACE: The best way to utilise a crystal for dreming is simply by having a specimen present in the space where you meditate, rest or sleep.

UNDER YOUR PILLOW OR NEAR YOUR BED: Just keeping them under your pillow, mattress, or on your nightstand is a great way for their energy to stay with you all night. Opt for stones like celestite, agate, or smoky quartz. If you have a selenite bowl or plate it is also the perfect spot for an overnight cleanse.

MEDITATE WITH THEM: If you're looking to unwind and boost calm before bed, then consider meditating with any of the aforementioned crystals that are grounding and calming such as Howlite, Black Tourmaline, Black Obsidian or Amethyst. Keep it simple, hold the crystal in your non-dominant hand as you meditate before bed, and consider working with an affirmation such as I am calm, or I am at peace.

TALSIMAN: Wearing a talisman that features a crystal is also a great way to tap into a crystals energy. Talismans can be anything from a necklace, ring, bracelet, earrings, or even a drawstring bag with your crystal/s inside that is kept on your person. Talismans work best when it is easy for the crystal to have contact with your skin.

ELIXIR OR ESSENCE: Another way to utilize the healing energies of joyful crystals is by obtaining or creating an essence or elixir with your chosen crystal. To directly benefit from these essences or elixirs, consume or add to a soothing and calming bath.

BEDTIME ROUTINE: You can also work your crystals into your bedtime routine by keeping a crystal on your person as you do all your nightly rituals.
