BLACKBUTT AVOCADO FESTIVAL

The 2026 Blackbutt Avocado Festival fun will get under way at 8:00am and run until about 4:00pm (with breakfast will also be available at the canteen from 7:00am).
Market stalls will be operating both inside and outside the hall.
There'll also be the traditional Farmers' Avo Games, which includes Avo Juggling, Avo Rolling, Avo Tossing, Avo Eating and the Avo Strongman/Strongwoman wheelbarrow race.
The games get under way at 9:00am with the finals at 3:30pm. There'll also be helicopter rides available, live music and kids' activities. The official opening will be at 10:00am; the annual Avocado Festival Parade at 1:30pm (on the rail trail) and the skydiving Avo Drop at 2:30pm. A licensed bar will be running all day.
Entry to the festival area is free and the event is designed to be family-friendly.
