AUSTRALIA POST

We ship to Australian addresses and all parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, QLD from postcode 4165. All orders are Safe Dropped by Australia Post. From 31 May 2026, for Australia Post parcels products – including Parcel Post and Express Post – we must provide an accurate recipient email address and/or Australian mobile number for every parcel. |
Regular Post
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping is calculated automatically based on the total value at checkout, it's FREE for most orders over $75*.
Delivery takes 1-10 business days depending on your location.
Parcels are provided with tracking information. Envelopes do not have tracking information.
Express Orders
We use Express Post with the Australia Post network. If you would like faster delivery, then please contact us on info@lescacrystals.com.au before placing your order.
*Larger or Heavier Items*
Please note that the shipping rates for some of the items that we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
We want to inspire and delight you with your purchase, so when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.
You will receive email notification of milestones for your order - including awaiting payment, fulfilment, shipment or pickup; and shipped. Where applicable we also provide tracking numbers to the email provided in your order.
